In this class we will explore and discuss What is spiritual immunity? How does it affect our health? What are flower essences? What is plant spirit connection? how to work with a plant alli? What are flower essences?  I will also discuss specific plants that can be used for an energetic and spiritual clearing/limpia. The second half of the class we will all work with the same flower essence and I will guide you through a somatic meditation where we meet the spirit of the plant, we will move our bodies and become the plant. Lastly there will be time to integrate and share your experience!
